Amulya Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, certified by Bureau Veritas - an International Certification Body for Quality Standards.

The scope of the Quality Management System in Amulya includes Information Technology support services, contact center services, web design and multimedia solutions. Internal Audit of all core and supporting processes of Amulya takes place, once in every six months to ensure that the customer satisfaction and service qualities are enhanced. External audit by Bureau Veritas takes place once in every year to ensure that the Quality is maintained as per the requirements of the ISO Standard.

At Amulya, right from the top management to the trainee, all are committed to implement this Quality Certification and are continuing to do so as to enable continual improvement of its operations.
